Round 2: French Bureaucracy v Tracey & Andrew

A convincing win for our heroes, Tracey & Andrew!!!

Inside two weeks we've had our passports returned, and now they contain a very significant document: our long-stay visas.

All systems are therefore Go: 38 days until departure.

One step closer

Today we paid our (second) visit to the French Consulate in Sydney, to apply for our visas.

This time things went much more smoothly.......so much so that we felt the need to celebrate with some Veuve (bien sur!)

Our passports are now in the tender hands of the French bureaucracy (*gulp*), and we hope they'll return to us in time for departure. 49 days to go.
