It has been a while since we headed to Waimea for lunch, so when the chance arose we were keen. Not our regular Waimea though, and disappointingly Kath and Don weren't there. Admittedly, none of the food has ever been seen at
their Waimea (nor likely to be we guess).
Waimea is in the higher altitude area of Big Island, and known for much cloud (sure, that's the same) and cowboys (errm, less so

). Feeling the need to check in with the brotherhood of brewing, we visited Big Island Brewhaus. They're doing some great stuff.
